CONTACT GRILL L800
The Contact grill is equipped with an oval section AISI 304 electric heating element unit for direct cooking. GN 2/1 basin for the 800 model with humidifier function and removable fat collection for cleaning. Temperature controlled by energy regulator. The heating element unit is mounted on a tilting support, held in the working or cleaning position by a locking pin. The cooking surface is cleaned by the pyrolysis effect with the aid of a rake suitably shaped to the geometry of the heating elements.
