GAS FRY TOP PLATE 2/3 SMOOTH 1/2 GROOVED L800
The steel plates are heated by gas burners.
For non-chromed gas models, the temperature is adjustable from 90°C to 280°C.
The plates are fitted with splash guards to ensure perfect cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking surface.
The worktop is slightly inclined so that sauces, fats and seasonings can be channelled into the large capacity collection drawer.
Piezoelectric ignition, pilot flame, thermocouple and valve tap for maximum safety
of safety.
